Xanga for Life
Due to popular demand, we're bringing Lifetime Premium back!

It's been over 18 months since we stopped offering Lifetime Premium. Yet, we still get emails from people asking for it! One email stuck out in my head the most, when a user didn't ask for the Lifetime Premium plan, but instead asked - "can I have Xanga for life?"
We thought it was just another premium plan - but rather, It's a commitment, it's a full pledge. It's Xanga for Life. The great part of it is, you don't have to get Lifetime Premium to grasp this, but for those that do, I think there's something needed to stand apart.
These people helped Xanga be what it is today. So, for all lifetimers you'll now have the Xanga for Life badge to honor your committment. This will display on your Basic Info module on your site.

And if you don't want to show this on your site, you have the option to hide this as well (http://edit.xanga.com/editpremium.aspx).
Furthermore, for a limited time only, we're bringing the lifetime option back for people who want Xanga for Life.

I remember getting the lifetime premium a few years ago. Even though I don't post very often anymore, I still am glad I got it.

considering i've had premium since 2003, i can't help but feel a teensy-weensy bit jipped, thinking i shoulda gotten lifetime xanga a few years back. =) there, you have your first belly-acher right here! yeah, why did you guys stop offering lifetime 18 months ago??

Recently, I've thought about getting the lifetime thing so I don't feel jipped when I pay whatever-I-pay every so often, but I didn't even realize until this announcement that the option was gone! Hah. I think I may get it.

I purchased the lifetime when I found xanga. It appeared to have a good purpose which is wonderful to be a part of. Despite xanga being so awesome, there is one lifetime, actually eternal commitment I have made which is the best yet that does not deal with commitment to the internet. Yet, through Xanga, I have found some amazing friends that share my same eternal commitment!!! I do enjoy Xanga and hope it grows and continues in awesome ways! I'm able to learn from people on Xanga from all over the world. Even if we may not agree on things, I do enjoy learning from them which allows my own world to grow. I have no regrets getting Lifetime premium!!!!!

Through an odd serious of circumstances I had lifetime for a short while and if I remember correctly it had an end date attached to it, maybe something like 2038.

I'd really like to get it again but will there be an end date?

Now I'll have to think it over again. I love xanga, I just don't have much use for Premium except to get more than 3 file photos. And now I've found a filephoto that I love and will probably stick with .......

I haven't had xanga for long; maybe 2 months so I had no idea it was ever an option. It sounds like an awesome idea though. The next time I get paid maybe I'll get it! Thanx for the reminder. I've found out evrything useful through the little comments!

premium users dont get badge too? i just turn myself in for premium user last month, how can i convert to lifetime? how much do i have to pay,still $100? then, my $25 will be a waste.

I admit... I see chain letters often sent to me. I sometimes delete them and sometimes try them out. This one though has changed my life from the day I recieved it. This letter has been send to hundreds of people and still going strong. For Example: Someone by the name of Joseph recieved this chain letter while chatting around online. He looked at it. Thought nothing of it. And deleted it. The next day, his life long crush was killed. The death is still unknown but there was proof from her freinds that she liked Joseph the whole time.
